What is an Estate Sale?
An Estate Sale generally takes place when someone is downsizing, moving or handling somebody else’s estate and needs to sell the personal property. An Estate Sale Company is hired to come into the home to organize, clean and display the valued goods. The sale will last 2-4 days, depending on the size of the estate. Once the sale is completed, the remaining items are gathered and donated to a local charity, so you are ready to complete the sale of the house. Below is how Primetime Estate Sales works.

By researching individual pieces and consulting appraisers, we ensure that prices on artwork, antiques, jewelry, coins, and other valuables are fair and accurate. We now have our own certified appraiser on our teamas well!
Our ads are placed on Estate Sales.net, Facebook, Craig's List, Instagram as well as our website . In order to reach as many potential customers as possible. We also ensure that signs are prominently positioned on intersections each day of the sale.
Conducting the Sale
We do the work so that you don't have to! Our team is friendly, approachable and professional from the moment the door opens to the time the last customer leaves at the end of the day.
Whether you decide to donate, liquidate or keep the remaining items from your sale, we ensure the house is emptied, swept and the job is completed to your satisfaction.

Yes. We will provide you with a copy at our initial client meeting.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept cash and all major credit cards.
I see something I really like in your ad, can I buy it ahead of time?
Sorry but no. If an item is in our ad, we want to make sure it is available on a first-come, first-serve basis to our customers at the sale.

When we called, Deon set an appointment at a convenient time for us. we found her to be personable and professional. She toured the home, explained her terms and explained what would happen before, during and after the sale. A couple of days after the sale, we met to settle up.
