PrimeTime Estate Sales helped sell my elderly father's belongings when he moved to assisted living. They were so professional and merchandised his things so we could sell for optimum dollars. They took care of clearing the few things that didn't sell and left my father's house sparkling clean. The sale was very successful making a large profit. I need more than five stars for PrimeTime Estate Sales!! The PrimeTime team knows their business and we felt completely at ease with their processes from start to finish. We had a unique and emotional situation with my 88 year old mother needing to downsize from the home she lived in for 40 years. Needless to say there was lots to sift through! The PrimeTime team made a very stressful time manageable for us. They instructed us to take what we wanted from the home and then they would take it from there! They did the set up, advertising, moving and donations of what didn't sell and cleaning of the house. It was a big relief for us. I didn't know what to expect but was pleased with our net proceeds. Deon with PrimeTime was a life saver! We inherited a hoarder house that clearly had some valuable items, but it was buried under trash. She came in immediately to help us navigate removing trash. After we filled 3 dumpsters, large ones, we'd had enough. Plus we are out of town owners. She and her team stepped in, finished the debris removal, uncovered the treasures, organized, planned and held an AMAZING sale!! Afterward PrimeTime arranged for another dumpster, brought in some guys who completely emptied the house of what did not sell and just general trash. Hats off to all of them. This could not have been a better experience. And, she took the name of someone who showed interest in the real estate who eventually made an offer to buy. Nice!

If you are planning an estate sale in the Kansas City metro area there is no other company you should consider.
After my father passed away I felt overwhelmed with the amount of work I needed to do to settle things. I needed to sell the house but was working alone trying to prep it for the sale. Deon and Tina at PrimeTime were so helpful. I was able to meet with them quickly. They gave me enough time to keep the things I needed and were ready to go with the sale very promptly. The contract is no-nonsense and very straight forward. They helped me with things I thought I was going to have to do on my own and did all the work. The house was even cleaned very well after the conclusion. Communication was great throughout the entire process. A family friend recommended PrimeTime to me and I will strongly recommend them to anyone.
