We are Primetime Estate Sales

Primetime Estate Sales was formed between two longtime friends.

Deon, a professional organizer and marketer and Tina, a longtime estate sale coordinator & Certified Appraiser.

We have over 25 years of combined experience conducting high quality estate sales in the metro area.

Deon and her team were amazing to deal with. I cannot recommend them enough. They helped with the estate sale of my parents home where they had lived for over 40 years. The work they did to dig through all the boxes and beautifully display the treasures they found was amazing. They were prompt, clear in their price structure, and super responsive to any requests we had. The sale was 4 days and they drove more traffic than we had imagined was possible. After the sale, they left the house in a clean state (no trash or junk left behind). We could not have prepared the house for sale without the PrimeTime team and all they did for us. Truly a lifesaver to our family.

The PrimeTime team made a very stressful time manageable for us. They instructed us to take what we wanted from the home and then they would take it from there! We were not prepared to move from a 3,000 sq. ft. home to a 1340 sq. ft. apartment. We met with PrimeTime Estate Sales to create a plan to make it less painful. Deon presented a comprehensive plan with dates for completion that we understood. The sale is now complete. Deon with PrimeTime was a life saver! We inherited a hoarder house that clearly had some valuable items, but it was buried under trash. She came in immediately to help us navigate removing trash. After we filled 3 dumpsters, large ones, we'd had enough. Plus we are out of town owners. She and her team stepped in, finished the debris removal, uncovered the treasures, organized, planned and held an AMAZING sale!! Afterward PrimeTime arranged for another dumpster, brought in some guys who completely emptied the house of what did not sell and just general trash. Hats off to all of them. This could not have been a better experience. And, she took the name of someone who showed interest in the real estate who eventually made an offer to buy. Nice!

Working with Deon and Tina on my mother’s estate sale exceeded my expectations. They swept in and took care of all the prep and were meticulous in researching all the antique and vintage items my mother collected over 60 years to be sure it was appropriately priced and brought in as much as possible. When the sale ended they removed everything that was left and had the house cleaned thoroughly so that it was ready to go on the market immediately. I simply can’t recommend PrimeTime highly enough. They made this process as easy and stress free as it possibly could have been while at the same time successfully selling my mom’s stuff for the best possible return.
